Hello. My name is Jillian Chavez and I hope to be considered in the recruiting class of 2026. I primarily play in the Midfield and I am on a strong club team, CUP GA 08. Our team plays in the Girls Academy League and national college showcases.
I know it will take all my effort and abilities to make it to the next level. In addition to team soccer training, I do individual skills training with Organic Development. I also do strength training as well as speed and agility work at BEAT Training.
While I know club soccer is most important for getting to college, I also enjoy my team at St. Ursula Academy. I liked playing Varsity Basketball for my school and AAU team, but I have recently made the decision to focus solely on soccer.
My studies are very important to me as well, and I know I need to balance this for college. I currently have a 4.7 GPA and have always been on the Honor Roll, taking all Honors and AP courses. I am a member of Student Council (Co-President 22/23), school Ambassador, and a member of the National Honor Society. I also received my school's admissions scholarship and Student of the Year for Neighborhood Leadership. In addition, I am in the Medical Society, Student Athlete Leadership (SALT) and Ski Clubs. I also help to train younger players in my soccer club.
Thank you.
