I am a 5'9" center back from Cincinnati, OH who has the interest to play elite competitive soccer on a team of a high academic university. In 2021 I was named to the All American team by the United Soccer Coaches and was selected to play in the High School All American game in Knoxville, TN. I have been the captain and a starting varsity player on my high school's soccer for four years and, as a freshman starting center back, I helped lead our team to the Ohio state championship. As a senior I earned 1st Team All Central Region (Multiple States), 1st Team All-State, 1st Team Southwest Ohio, Southwest Player of the Year, Southwest Ohio All Star Game MVP and as 1st Team in my Cincinnati Hills League and Player of the Year for Division II by the Cincinnati Enquirer and Cincinnati Female Honoree for Soccer by USA Today. I have also played Club soccer for eight years with Kings Hammer Academy and Cincinnati Development Academy and have consistently been on the top team and competed at the highest levels. In basketball as a freshman, I helped lead our team as a starting point guard to win the league title and advance to the District finals in the state tournament.
I am considering a major in the medical field and I hope to find a school that can continue to challenge me as a student. Throughout my academic career, I have been placed in the highest gifted and talented programs in my school which is consistently ranking as one of the top schools in Ohio. I am now taking multiple AP classes, and anticipate continuing my ambition with academics in the classroom as well as my competitive drive on the soccer field. My teachers have recognized me as a straight A student with a GPA of 4.57.
In conclusion, I am hoping to find the best fit for me in a high academic university and a competitive soccer program that enables my best traits to thrive. I am known as a hard worker who wants the best for everyone in all that I do. From playing center back in soccer and point guard in basketball, I regularly lead the team with communication, play calling, and ball distribution. I am currently leading a team for the Student of the Year campaign that is raising funds for Leukemia Lymphoma Society (LLS) as an example of how I want to make a make a difference. I am confident that I have the potential to be a successful university student, athlete and role model to others.
