I have been playing soccer since I was like 4 years old. As I grew as a player and found such a love for the game I knew playing collegiately would become a necessity for me. I have devoted so much of my time to soccer and I’m not ready for that to be over.
As a player I am very vocal with my teamates on the field, allowing me to be a leader. As a center back, I try to be as physical as possible and be a dominant force, obviously without committing a foul. Furthermore, I try to sort out passes and find my teammates instead of just clearing the ball everytime. From the coaching aspect, I always try to be as coachable as possible and take in all the criticism and tips to make me a better player. Lastly I am a hard worker and willing to take on any challenges put in front of me.
Academically, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I am currently a member of the National Honor Society and have received high honors each year of highschool. I also am in involved in many clubs within my high school, like key club, student council and spanish club.
I want to find a college that will push in both the classroom and on the field. A college where I can play the sport I love and continue to develop and grow.
