Hi, my name is Lizzie Rozmajzl. I'm the goalkeeper for the Jackson Polar Bears in Massillon, OH. Soccer has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, and it brings me great joy whenever I have a chance to get my hands on a ball. My strong love for the beautiful game is what makes me a unique player. I love the feeling of flying and diving through the air to reach for the ball because it makes me feel like a big asset on the field. I have great range, good hands, and my ball distribution can transition a team quickly from defending to attacking. Although I am a keeper, I have still developed solid foot skills and ball handling abilities. I hope to prove myself at the next level academically and athletically. I prefer to lead through example and letting go of the setbacks while also learning from them. My teammates seem to appreciate that style as they voted me as one of the two captains as a Junior. I hope to play soccer on a team that includes teammates who understand each other and have strong relationships on and off the field because that is what makes a powerful team. Academically, I am not set on a major, but I hope to study either veterinary medicine, computer science, or marine biology.
