I began playing soccer when I was only four years old. Ever since the first time touching a ball, I have loved the sport. My strong shot and fast speed are two strengths I have when playing soccer. I prefer playing Forward but I have also played center and outside mid. I have a strong left foot and I am working on improving my right foot.
I am a junior at Mount Vernon High School. I would like to end my junior year with a GPA of 3.5. I want to major in education in college. When I graduate I would like to teach middle school aged children. Teaching kids at the middle school age will be important for me because I feel like they are at an impressionable age and I can positively impact their life.
Moving to my current club has helped me grow as a player. My coach pushed me by playing me in several positions, some that I had never played in before, to help me improve and understand the game better. We play at a high level, OSSL and MRL, which challenges us and has strengthened my knowledge and skills. My team plays well together and I feel like this year we are going to be powerful.
