Growing up with an older brother, competition has always been a part of my life. Whether it's soccer, school, or anything else, we've always strived to do better than the other, and while it might have been tough, this competition has instilled in me a drive to be the best version of myself. Now, as a rising senior, I know that it's time to get serious about college and playing soccer at that level. My hope is to be able to go to a great college with a highly competitive women's soccer program, where I'll be pushed to do my best, both athletically and academically, and where I can study my preferred major, chemical engineering.
I usually play center attacking mid or defensive mid, but I'm able to play all over the field at a high level, and have lots of experience as a winger and outside back as well. I'm a very technical player, and I often surprise people with my endurance, speed, and aggression, which led me to be a Varsity starter as a freshman and receive many awards for my team. I'm always cheering on my teammates and trying to help them be the best they can be because I understand that a team is only as strong as its weakest link. On the classroom side, I'm very diligent about my schoolwork and work hard for the grades I get and my current GPA, which is a 4.86.
