Lauren Ketchum '18 Recruiting Profile

I am Lauren Ketchum, a junior at Booker T. Washington High School in Tulsa, OK (Class of 2018). I have been playing soccer since I was four and fell in love with my position as a goalkeeper from the start. I've always dreamed of playing at the highest level I can, and I am working and training hard to realize that dream and achieve my goals.

Two years ago, as a captain, I led my club team to victory in the Oklahoma State Championship game, beating our state rivals in PKs. On my high school soccer team, I started on the varsity squad as a freshman. We played the best high school soccer programs in the highest class in the state, and we competed well. At the end of my freshman year, my teammates and coaches selected me as a varsity captain. During my 2016 high school season,  I had 6 shutouts and led my team to our first 6A state playoff game.

I am looking forward to my junior year season and in the meantime, training and competing with my club team and thinking about where I want to go to college and play soccer.
