I have tried a lot of sports in my athletic career and nothing inspired me like soccer. Even back when I first started playing as a Tim Bit, I was a passionate, committed player. When I first joined a competitive team at age 10, I realized just how much soccer meant to me and how badly I wanted to be one of the best. Since then it's been a dream for me to play at a competitive level throughout high school, then on through college. I have developed great leadership skills and pride myself on being a team player. I have powerful legs, speed and am an extremely hard working player, always ready to impress.
Academically, I work hard to keep up with my school work and maintain my GPA. School has always been important and a main focus. I've volunteered as a swim instructor as well as co-coaching younger teams with my dad, taking on all leadership opportunities. Aside from becoming a soccer player, I would like to pursue a path in teaching or business, and coaching a soccer team of my own.
I'm looking for a college that will meet my academic needs as well as somewhere with a highly competitive soccer team. Above anything, I hope to push myself in both academics and athletics to exceed the expectations of my parents, coaches and most importantly, myself.
