I started playing soccer at the age of 4 and I loved the game as soon as I stepped onto the field, I remember the feeling of dribbling the ball down the pitch and striking it into the net, I was hooked. Since then, I strive to understand what I need to succeed and realize what my goals are for playing soccer at the College level. Some might say I am small for a soccer player however, I say, what I might lack in size I make up in pure will power, strength and determination.
I am a social person who likes to help those in need, whether that is the need for a friend or a good listener. I have been known to stick up and protect those less fortunate than myself and encourage others to do the same. I know that I have been provided privileges that not everyone has. Understanding and realizing this makes me a better person in all aspects of my life and I do not to take it for granted.
In my education I study and work hard and have a 3.3 GPA which I expect to exceed before the end of my high school education as I understand that good grades will open many more doors for my future. I assist at school event such as volleyball tournaments, photography and other social events. I volunteer and assist with younger soccer players when requested so I can share my passion for the game. I challenge myself to improve and make good decisions both on and off the field. My ultimate goal is to attend a college where I can make this happen.
