Isabelle Barrette '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Isabelle Barrette, I’m the goalkeeper for the Michigan Liverpool ECNL 05 girls team and have been for the past 5 years. One of my biggest dreams is to play collegiate soccer. All my focus, attention and sacrifices I’ve made have been for soccer and school.  My love, passion and dedication for soccer go deep.  I train every day.  I travel across the border from Windsor, Canada to Detroit, Michigan 4-5 days a week for practices and games. Soccer has provided me with so many experiences.  It’s allowed me to travel and make so many new friends and teammates.  My dream is to play for an amazing collegiate team and graduate with a degree and continue my soccer career. I am a leader and a team player. I love to encourage my teammates on the field but it’s also my job as a goalkeeper to ensure they see what I see on the field and that we move as a unit.  Soccer is my passion and I want to go the distance and reach all my goals.
