My name is Aurora Hammerstedt. I am 20-years old. I just wrapped up my first year playing at Portland Community College and I am looking to transfer for the 2026/2027 season.
My first year at PCC I played as a center back. I started 15/15 games and played over 700 minutes. Our team made it to the conference playoffs and I was selected as an NWAC First Team All-Star. For my sophomore year, I will be a team captain and shifting positions to holding-mid.
I’m easily coachable as I like to understand different perspectives that can improve my game and how my team can connect with the ball. I have a calm and empowering character on the pitch and I believe that this mindset is an influence to the result of the game.
Throughout my freshman year, I completed prerequisites for nursing as my ultimate target is to graduate with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing. In the classroom, I take a creative approach to projects, tests, and quizzes. Looking at how to complete tasks through different lenses keeps me diligent and aids in my perseverance in being a high achiever.
