Sydney Miller '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Sydney Miller I will be graduating in 2027 from Bellefonte Area School District, where we won the 2023 AAA District Championship. I currently have a 3.7 GPA, and am part of  Class Cabinet and key club and plan to join more clubs next year. Off the field I focus on spending time family and friends and enjoy outdoor activities and fitness.  On the field I play both midfield and forward for my Highschool and I play center back for my Club team Penn FC 09 Black. I strive to lead by example and be the hardest working player on the field and respect the hard work my teammates put forth as well. As a player, I am physical, passionate, and coachable. I always use the coaches input as a chance to improve and immediately implement on the field. I have always been very passionate about soccer and love the team aspect of the sport. When I first started  playing at my current club, Penn FC it showed me what I needed to improve and gave me the chances to do so. I would never be where I am right now without the support of my teammates, parents and coaches helping me improve as a player. I certainly strive to  improve my skills as well as my knowledge of the game. One thing that has helped me understand the game better is being able to play multiple positions and seeing the game from a different point of view. My goal is to play soccer at the highest level I possibly can in college and will put in the time and effort to be the best player, teammate, and student of the game.
