Samantha Hatzfeld '20 Recruiting Profile

    My name is Sami Hatzfeld. I've played soccer as early as I could, and fell in love with the sport from day one. I have around 10 years of experience playing soccer. I currently play for the varsity Lebanon Catholic high school soccer team and have played for that team since freshman year. I was captain of that team both sophomore and junior years. I believe I have more determination and drive than any other player out there. I play for a team that doesn't always win, but have been told multiple times by many other coaches and parents through the years that they admire my play, and love to watch the way I move. I have been singled out by multiple coaches of teams who competed against me that admire my play and drive. I've always been either the fastest or one of the fastest players on my teams, and have been told I'm everywhere on the field. I've had many coaches through the years, and every one of them has told me that I am a central aspect of our team, control the field, motivate my teammates, and make plays happen.

    I believe I'm one of the most hardworking players you can find. I am willing to work hard to play my part and help my team. I've always had straight A's through the years, and am top of my class. I am motivated, driven, very fast, and skilled as mainly a midfielder, but I also have experience playing forward and defense on the soccer field.
