My name is Lilly Householder and I have been playing soccer for over ten years now. I am going into my junior year at Burrell High School and I'm excited to see where this season take us. Bringing forth extra effort and dedication on and off the field has earned me a starting spot for my freshman, sophomore, and junior year. On and off the field I maintain an optimistic attitude while having resiliency and use setbacks as an opportunity to improve and move forward. Growing up I have always been told that I am a coachable athlete, this gives the opportunity for my coaches to play me in any position needed. Soccer is one of my biggest passions and I continue to grow my love for the sport every day. I have great pride in my team, and I am a supportive and selfless teammate. I learn from my mistakes and leave everything out on the field even when things aren't going my way. When making a mistake I have learned to acknowledge and accept it rather than making excuses. I take leadership very seriously and know that you have to walk the walk and not just talk the talk. This means to lead by example and put your words into action. I take great pride in my academic efforts as I am a 4.0 GPA student. My goal after High School is to play soccer at the collegiate level while also prioritizing my academics. I am very excited to see what the future holds.
