I have been playing soccer since I was 6 years old. When I was 8 years old, my coach saw that I had skills and recommended me to start playing travel soccer. I've spent the past 10 years improving on those skills in order to continue to increase my level of play. That hard work gave me the opportunity to be a starter on varsity for the third time in high school and playing the majority of the minutes. I am a strong defender, but I am also very versatile and can compete at most positions on the field. Soccer has also helped me academically. I was an average student until 5th grade when I began playing for a premier level club. That preparation helped my work ethic get to the level of being in National Honors Society and achieving Distinguished Honors. I am currently involved in four AP classes in high school. My goal is to continue to play soccer through college and use that opportunity to continue to grow academically and personally.
