Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Katelynn, I am a senior in high school this year. I have played soccer since I was in the third grade, and I am currently the Pickens high school's starting goalkeeper for the upcoming 2023-2024 season. I have played with Pickens High since I was in the 8th grade. I am also a part of many great organizations and academically great groups such as The National Beta Club, The National Technical Honor Society, Summit Soccer Club, and The Pickens County Career and Technology Center Robotics program. I am a Christian and am heavily involved in serving the community with my local church.
As a dedicated athlete, I strive to improve every day, because I believe there is always room for improvement. I hold myself to high standards and am always looking to improve my abilities. Each Team I have played with and jersey number I have worn has impacted me and left a mark on the player I am today. My goal is to have the opportunity to grow and improve in skills, teamwork, and faith alongside my teammates and coaches in college.
