Soccer can mean different things for different people, to me it means freedom, challenge, learning, and doing something I love. I have grown up playing soccer, even moving continents didn't change the love I have for the sport. I love playing soccer, it has become a part of who I am.
I never give up, and I try to be positive to everyone, but I make mistakes and coaches watch what players do when they make a mistake. When I do make a mistake, I don't get angry. I don't do something rash because I'm upset. I learn what I did wrong and make sure I don't do it again. I continue playing, always pushing myself to not make the same mistake.
What makes me different from other recruits is my personality. I try to find the good in everything and everyone. I love to bond and meet new people. I also love to travel to new places and learn new things. I always have a smile on my face, but I know how to play hard and am confident on the field. I am not scared of the ball or the other team. I work hard in both athletics and academics. Even though I love soccer, academics are always a top priority for me.
