I have a great love and passion for playing soccer. I began playing at age 5 and for the last seven years I have played travel soccer including three years in high school. If you were to ask me what my favorite position is I would have to say outside midfielder. I love being able to make runs and be an option in order for my team to be in a scoring position. This position is demanding but I believe my quick speed, stamina and endurance are my strong assets. I also feel I am competitive, coachable, and a leader. I am able to read the field and help direct my teammates in their positions. Because I have played almost every position, I feel my versatility on the field would be an asset to a school's soccer program. I am willing to play any position on the field if that is where I am needed.
This past high school season I was awarded All- District player and given the Most Consistent Player Award. I received the Varsity Newcomer Award my freshman year.
As a junior in high school, I am very dedicated and conscientious about my grades. I currently have a 4.0 GPA and take all honor classes and dual credit classes. My goal on the ACT is to make at least a 30. I have been involved in many clubs and extracurricular activities. My academic strengths would be that I am very focused on learning and strive to be in the top ten percentile of my class. I attribute this success to my desire to achieve great levels in all that I do on and off the soccer field. As important soccer is to me, college is about my future. I am looking for a school that will provide me with the best opportunity for a successful career.
I look forward to talking with you and learning more about my future with your team and school.
