My name is Austin Wright, class of 2025. I have a great love for soccer and track and field, and I have been playing soccer and running for most of my life. One of my greatest aspirations is to play college soccer and run track, and I am working extremely hard to achieve this goal. I am equally skilled with both feet, and I have a strong presence around the goal as a forward. To improve my competitive edge, I work out with an older girls’ team, so I can learn to perform at a faster speed of play.
My greatest strengths are my competitive spirit and strong work ethic. I want to be the best I can be on and off the field. My will to win drives me to not only improve my skills, but also those around me. I realize that the team as a whole is the key to success on the soccer field and beyond.
I look forward to the experience that awaits me in playing soccer at the collegiate level, and where that will lead me in my life beyond soccer.
