My name is Kayla McBride, I love soccer and have played soccer since I was 6 years old. I’ve played in premier leagues since my first year of comp soccer. I feel one thing that makes me different from other recruits is that I have played with 7 different coaches and teams. These experiences taught me how to easily work with, communicate with, connect with, and respect new coaches and players. I’ve helped my current team compete in DCL and Pro League multiple times. We have played in the state finals, competed in regionals the last three years, and even nationals last year. I always work hard and give 110%. I am willing to work with, develop relationships, and listen to my coaches as well as my teammates. I’m always open to constructive criticism from others and strive to improve. I am currently a captain on my High School and club team and love to help lead and improve my team when given an opportunity. I believe that a strong bonded team off the field is what makes a team strong on the field.
