I'm from Park City, Utah, a town known for it's Winter sports. There is no outdoor soccer for six months every year in Park City, especially in a town where soccer is typically played after sports revolved around snow and ice. For this reason, I've had to find creative ways to support my passion and compete at a high level. I'm extremely fortunate to have a parent willing to drive forty-five minutes each way to practice and games; even four to five times every week. I've found that my dedication to the sport has proven worth it. Through hours of hard work, I've been able to achieve many of my goals like playing with elite players at US Soccer training centers, my high school's varsity team, being a captain for my premier level club team, and making the best 18 team for Region 4 ODP Championships. In the classroom, I have been getting honor roll in honors and AP classes and stepping up my game by taking junior classes as a sophomore. I'm motivated to go to a college with a strong soccer program and an impressive academic record where I can continue to develop athletically and academically. I feel that attending a school that challenges me in both soccer and school will allow me to accomplish many more of my goals!
