Ellie Hendrix '24 Recruiting Profile

I’ve been playing soccer for as long as I can remember and it has always been such a big part of my life. Soccer is my everything and I absolutely love to play the game. 

Most of the time i’ve been playing soccer i’ve been able to play on multiple teams. For several years my Fire FC team played in a boys division and it helped me see a new side of the game and learn to play with a different speed and intensity. I am currently also playing with La Roca National team and being able to go play in the National League and learn amazing things from those coaches has furthered my knowledge of the game.

I love to have the ball at my feet and take people 1v1. Learning new moves and using my speed to attack and break down defenses is something that is just second nature to me. I’m always looking for something to push myself and break through limits.

Education is a big part of life. I feel it is important to be able to keep up with good grades and sports. I have a 4.0 GPA and am always on top of my academics.
