Personal Statement

15 AUG 24: Pending further updateCurrently a returning starter on the Pratt Community College women's soccer team. During the 2023-2024 season I started 12 of 13 games at the center defensive back position as a true freshman. Only game I was unable to start  for the Lady Beavers was due to a fracture in my right wrist, after an opposing player fell on top of me, while attempting to prevent myself from falling.  I am looking to join a 4-year university following the 2024-2025 season in order to further develop both on, and off the pitch.

Have had the opportunity to play soccer since the age of 4. In addition to playing soccer, In addition to soccer, I have played t-ball, youth football, and Varsity Volleyball. Gaining valuable experiences as an athlete, not just a soccer player.  I am hard worker, motivated, resilient, and caring young adult that has the unique privileged of experiencing numerous places / teams with my father being a career Military Officer (U.S. Army). Just recently returned to the U.S. after living in Seoul, South Korea and truly learned more in those 2 years than any of the previous years combined. I believe growing up as a military child, having to adapt to new places, people, cultures, and challenges makes me a great candidate to contribute to any team/ college. I know with hard work and discipline, I can succeed both academically, as well as on the field.  Although I have yet to truly decide on my degree path, I am strongly interested in a degree and/ or profession dealing with animals at the moment. Lastly, I know I can never stop learning and trying to improve myself in many areas, both now and throughout my life.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
