Personal Statement
Everyone has goals in life, no matter what they may be. My goals are to be the best student-athlete I can possibly be and to play soccer, the sport that I have a huge passion for. I asked my club coach to tell me what areas I excel in as a player. He said that I'm known for my crosses, being defensively minded while still getting myself forward, my work ethic, and my speed and endurance. As a student, I currently have an unweighted 4.0 GPA, and freshmen year I averaged an unweighted 3.96 GPA. I play my hardest every time I step onto the field, and I work hard to improve whenever I am off the field. I play every single game with the mentality that hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard, and I promise to do my best every day on and off the field.
