My goals as a student-athlete are set to finding the combination of collegiate soccer, and quality academics that challenge me as a person and a player. I want to finish college with a degree and the best soccer experience possible. I'm extremely competitive, so I need a place where I am able to do what I love every single week, as much as I can. I try to be as much of a leader as possible on and off the field, and I like to be a captain as well. I have a unique combination of my character, grades, determination and responsibility along with my ability to compete as a player making me a great candidate for schools that value student-athletes.
At the end of my freshman year, I was on ECNL for my club and was cut, even though I was a starter. It was a total shock to me, but shaped me to become a better player, and an even better person. This year, I have worked extremely hard as a scoring starter on my team, and I am now double rostered for the team I was cut from. This experience really put me through an obstacle that was unexpected but overall served as motivation for me to show up at practice every day, and work to become the best player possible and make ECNL again which I did.
