Krista Kelly '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Krista Kelly and I live in Tumwater, WA.  I have a passion for soccer and always bring 110% when I play.  Soccer has taught me to be tough and strive to do my best.  No matter what kind of day I have had, soccer (practice and games) puts me in such a great mood.   My goal is to play college level soccer while studying to be a physical therapist.

I am 5’3”, weigh 125 lbs, a junior, and play outside back on the Tumwater High School Varsity team.  I was elected captain this last season by my teammates.  This year I was awarded 2nd team All-League Evergreen Conference and our High School team received the sportsmanship award.   I also play outside and center back for the Puget Sound Slammers (Puget Sound Premier League).  I am a team player looking to find a program that I can use and challenge my soccer playing ability.

I have a passion to succeed academically.  I hold a 3.7 GPA while taking AP and Honors classes and am on the honor roll.   I work hard at everything I do and am loyal to my family and friends.  I am looking for a college atmosphere where I can grow as a student, athlete, and person.
