I can't imagine a life without soccer. It has been a part of my identity since at least the first grade. No matter what team I am on, whether it is a pick up game or a playoff game, I view it as a chance to get better. I know I will never be done learning, in any aspect of life, and I want to try to push myself to be the best I can be. I am not afraid to fail either, everyone makes mistakes but as long as I can learn and grow from them, I know that there is nothing I can't do if I put my mind to it. In soccer, I feel so accomplished and freed from my worries of school or friends. Every time I play soccer, I look forwards to challenging myself to go faster, harder, or try new things.
