Personal Statement

My collegiate goals are driven by a deep commitment to greatness in soccer, achieving academic success, and accomplish personal growth. I'm determined to make a meaningful contribution to my future team, both on and off the field, while pursuing a degree that aligns with my long-term career goals.

As a proven team player, I have been recruited to multiple teams and have had the privilege of playing with a diverse range of teammates. I have played at two different regional teams, I’ve been selected to play three years of county/regional team play-offs, as well as representing my club at their women’s team from the age of 15. This experience has taught me the importance of adaptability, communication, and collaboration. I thrive in team environments and can easily integrate with different teammates, making me a great asset to your squad.

In terms of character, I am dedicated, disciplined, and highly coachable. I understand the value of teamwork, respect for my coaches and teammates, and the necessity of work ethic. I'm dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture. I got chosen as the winner of the Liverpool Way Award, shining light at my ability to foster commitment, ambition, dignity, and unity.

In addition, I’m open minded and can easily adapt to different cultures. I’ve had three great exchange student experiences, in Germany, the UK and the US. This has made me educated, independent and social.

Academically, I understand the importance of being a student-athlete, and I am committed to maintaining high standards and good grades along with my athletics. I have a 4.166 GPA as an international student living in the US for my senior year of high school. I’ve been a member of Norway’s youth environmental organization, where I’ve held public speeches, lectures and presenting campaigns and new eco-friendly products. This has also played a part in making me the person I am today.
