Personal Statement
Hello! I am Lauren Livingstone, a swimmer from Okotoks, Alberta.
Swimming is my life and passion, and I would be an exceptional addition to your team. I am very coachable and motivated, and I will continue to persevere through challenges to continue to improve my personal best. I love swimming, but I am also very academically focused, and I continue to strive for excellence in both.
I will be a great fit for your team and school, and I hope that you can see that too!

Training
- I train six times a week with a total of over 11 hours a week
- 6 years
- I am in the pool almost every day and have two dryland sessions a week. I train in aerobic and anaerobic practices with a variety of lengths and paces. I train all strokes but my favourite are the free sets. I give every practice my all and train like how I want to perform in a race. I do what I can outside of practice time to ensure that I am in the best possible condition.
