**Class of 2027** I envision myself thriving in a team environment, giving my all, contributing to my team's success through my swimming performance, and supporting my teammates. I have been fortunate to watch, learn from, and befriend the Northern Arizona University swimmers since we share the same pool with my club team—additionally, our pool hosts international swimmers throughout the year. I have been personally recognized numerous times by the coaches as the hardest worker in our practices; you should see my collection of caps!
My swimming career began like many of my peers', as my parents enrolled me in lessons during the summer months. They quickly noticed my determination, first evident when I swam one lap to transition from the baby pool to the big pool at age 6. As a young swimmer, I balanced my time between competitive soccer and swimming. The urge to swim full-time arose at age 10 when I attended my first travel meet at Far Westerns. With the support of my coaches and family, I grasped the importance of goal setting, discipline, self-motivation, determination, and perseverance. This mindset has shaped me into the swimmer I am today. In academics, I strive to excel in and out of the classroom, working diligently to achieve the grades necessary for my future athletic career. Beyond high school, I plan to major in biology or anatomy to pave the way for furthering my education in the medical field.
Quick stats:
(3) Futures times: 1650, 500 Free and 200 Fly.

Summer 2023: I was selected to attend the USA Swimming Western Zones Select Camp at San Diego State (super cool opportunity), three weeks at the Arizona Swim Camp (NAU), and one week at the Sun Devil Camp (ASU). I spent five weeks away from home and my team, learning from different coaches, being exposed to new dryland techniques, and attending classroom lessons about swimming. What a summer of fun and swimming!
