I am looking to go to a good school for medicine. My whole life I've wanted to work in the medical field. Recently I decided I would like to look into specializing in OB/GYN or Pediatrics. I love science and I work hard in my classes to keep my grades up. I have been swimming competitively since I was 6 years old, but I took a break to try other sports. I recently came back to swim and am just getting back into the groove of it. I'm super outgoing and friendly and love meeting new people. I get along with new teams and swimmers the second I meet them. I interact with coaches extremely well and I am very good at communicating and being committed to practices. I have been volunteering as a Junior lifeguard for 2 years and I have put approximately 286 hours each summer into the program as a volunteer. I frequently visit "Feed My Starving Children" with my church and do service projects at Sunshine acres or any available opportunities given to me. Recently, I joined a start up clothing company called SAVE. 10% of our profit goes to third world countries, orphanages, and families in need. This past winter, the team went to Mexico to help at an orphanage. Four of the teams members also spent the past four months of summer in China working with the kids and orphanages. Our SAVE team is planning on going to Mexico again this Christmas, and also looking into traveling to Africa, Indonesia, and other places in need. The members of the team and I regularly go to help at Feed My Starving Children.
