I have been competitively swimming since I was 9 years old, and specialize in the 100/200 breaststroke and freestyle. I have had a passion for swimming since I can remember, and am willing to work toward improvement at every possible chance. Along with being involved in competitions, one of my favorite aspects of swimming is being a part of a team that can grow and improve as a whole. An aspiration of mine is to carry on being a part of a team throughout my college experience.
I strive for a college experience that will challenge me both academically and athletically. I have a passion for medicine and would like to pursue that in my future career. Because of this, I became Director of Education at Superposition Alameda. This program promotes and supports young girls by offering opportunities to explore a passion for STEM. I believe the experiences I have and will face through this program will help me further my collaborative mindset and become even more of a team player. My passion carries on into my swimming and I am extremely excited to build memories, accomplishments, and improvements through a collegiate swimming experience.
