I've been competitively swimming for about 5 years. I started off swimming on a summer team for the first four years, and eventually joined a club team at the beginning of 2020. I enjoy swimming because of the friends I've made through joining and it keeps me healthy and fit. I think I would be a great addition to a team because I love being apart of them and making new friends and memories. Being apart of a swim team has taught me not only how to improve upon myself, but how to keep encouraging and supporting others as well. Some of my collegiate goals are to be successful in a major that I enjoy and eventually find a job I enjoy as well. I would like to find the perfect school for myself that will set me up for success. Something that makes me different from other recruits is that I am well-rounded and have many different interests. I am apart of a few clubs on campus, my favorite being Key Club, I love to do music and play different instruments, and I excel in my academics. I am apart of the marching band, concert band, and was even in the jazz band for one year at my school. I have maintained straight A's every year since 6th grade and am taking a few AP and Honors classes.
