I have not been swimming for a long time, but in the almost three years that I have, I have learned more about dedication and determination than in all my life. My team and coaches have made me stronger and have taught me to never give up. In my few years of swimming, my 100m time has dropped forty seconds, and I continue to improve with each practice. This is true in every aspect of my life. I make a goal and I intend to reach it, whether in academics, music, sports or any aspect in life. I am a team player and I excel in team environments. I strongly believe and have been shown that a team is there to motivate me, keep me accountable, and make me stronger. I take on a challenge head on and I am dedicated and determined to anything and everything I commit to.
