Lexi Zimpelman '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi, My name is Lexi Zimpelman. I have been swimming competitively since I was 5 and I am still loving it. I am on the Buenaventura Swim Club, and varsity swim at Ventura High school. One of my goals is to break the high school record in the 500-yard freestyle for high school. I would also like to win a league and CIF title my senior year. I have learned this year, especially during COVID that anything is possible and that hard work truly pays off.  I would love to go to Boise State University for its nursing program. I do like UCSB and UCSC which are closer to home. Something that makes me a good candidate for a team is that I am hardworking, I come to workouts with a smile, I am a very lively person, and I am determined to reach my goals.
