Dear College Coaches,
Hi. My name is Jordyn Eckert. I am from New York City and recently relocated to Florida, where I will complete my senior year at Seabreeze High School. I have been swimming competitively for ten years and would love to continue my swimming career in college as a student athlete.
My college goals are: make it to the NCAA, continue setting personal best times, and being an active member of a college team. I am a strong candidate for your team as a breaststroker and an overall great teammate. I know what it's like to be a dependable, supportive, and active member of swim teams. I am and have been that kind of swim teammate for high school and club. When it comes to practices, relay teams or dual meets I am there.
Something that makes me different from other recruits is my love for swimming and all water sports. I am also a beach lifeguard for Volusia County, a strong amateur surfer, and a certified scuba diver. Swimming has done so much for me, in and out of the pool. It has taught me dedication, commitment and brought me life-long friendships. The sport has been a constant in my life for so long. It will always remain a lifelong companion. I am ready to continue swimming at the collegiate level.
Thank you for your consideration.
Jordyn
