Personal Statement
Hi, I'm Gaby! It has been a lifelong dream of mine to swim in college while pursuing my other dream of becoming an engineer. Dedicated, goal-driven, team player, and resilient are some words used to describe me. I have been swimming competitively as a member of a swim club team since the age of six and have had the opportunity to compete throughout Florida and the Southeastern United States while maintaining a 4.5 cumulative grade point average during high school. When faced with adversity, I have stayed my course to achieve my goals. I believe that success does not come with just pure luck, it comes with hard work and dedication.
