I have been swimming my entire life and joined a club team when I was about 6 years old. I haven't been the best on the team, but that seemed to empower me to try harder in practice and really push myself in meets. Once I transitioned into high school, I really put my head down and started working toward some new found goals, and started achieving a lot more than I knew I was even capable of. I can work well with others and I have great time management skills that reflect in my grades and my 100% practice attendance. Currently, my coach has instituted a 90% minimum practice attendance weekly, and I have maintained a 100% practice attendance since July. I plan to further my swimming career by training just as hard as usual and pushing myself to my limits to see what I can accomplish in my last year of high school and my next years of college.
