Kristen Sellers '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kristen Sellers and I began swimming at the age of 10 to rehabilitate my knee from an injury. After a few months of learning the strokes, my coach suggested more competitive training based on my natural abilities. From there, my passion and dedication for swimming developed. I have learned over the last 6 years that swimming gives back to you what you put in. The last three years, I have dedicated myself to training and meets; this discipline has also provided me the ability to focus on my studies where I am at the top of my class.

Although I am constantly fighting to get better, I am confident that with the proper training curriculum in and outside of the pool along with a dedicated team, we will be able to reach any goal we set for ourselves.
