Tahis Ibanez '19 Recruiting Profile

Hi I'm Tahis! I am originally from Venezuela. Since I was little my dream has always been to swim in College. I have been swimming since I was 4 and I absolutely love it, it's part of who I am. I have been very lucky to have my parents' support through out my swimming career. I do my best to improve everyday and to push past my comfort zones. Over the years it has taught me discipline to help me manage time and responsibilities so I can balance academics with athletics and still have a smile on my face everyday! My goal right now is to be able to swim in college and then give it all I got, improve my times and get stronger both mentally and physically. I look forward to start this new adventure and enjoy every step of the way with my teammates and coaches!
