I am a Junior at Quincy Notre Dame, a Catholic high school, in Quincy, IL. My studies include Honors Math and currently AP History. My current GPA is 3.7. I am interested in the medical field of study.
I swim at the Senior Level, at our local club, Sheridan Swim Team. I began swimming competitively at the age of 9. I have a strong will and passion to swim. My current practice attendance is 95%. Since 2010, I have been fortunate to have qualified for state championships in multiple events in both short course and long course. I believe I would be an excellent addition to the team because I am a strong leader. At the moment, I manage to juggle attending a Catholic high school, swimming for the club, lifeguarding and teaching swim lessons.
I know I will succeed in a strong college that requires athletic and academic commitments in terms of time and energy. I am excited to advance to the collegiate level of swimming.
