Personal Statement
I would like to study nursing in college and swim on a collegiate team or even just swim for recreation. I have been swimming since sixth grade and love the sport. It takes a lot of hard work, but I feel at home when I jump in the pool on a chilly morning! I love my teammates! They are a second family to me and we have all been working so hard to improve. In the summer I work as a lifeguard at the local pool and help out at the high school when I can as well. I am also a waterskiier, so water is my life! I am a decent student that works hard in all my classes and enjoy science classes the most. I would be honored to swim at a collegiate level and continue to improve my times.
