My collegiate goals would be to compete in more team events as well a improve the diversity of the events I compete in. I'm a dedicated and hard-working athlete who is willing to put in the hours to achieve my goals. I have achieved a numerous amount of Regional titles in almost all disciplines and have ranked in the top 3 in the country nationally. I also have a 4.0 GPA meaning I can handle vigorous pool schedule as well as an academic schedule.

- This season I have been doing 7-8 pool sessions per week and 1-3 weight/circuit sessions per week. My sessions consist of A2 sets (heart rate at 140-150), Threshold sets (heart rate at 160-170) and Vo2 max sets (heart rate at 180-200bpm). Each week I swim about 30,000-40,0000m mostly on freestyle and butterfly.

- ActivitiesMember of the Saint Vincent de Paul soviety (SVP)- a charity that actively helps the homeless, through frequent soup kitchens, the elderly, through organised lunches with bingo sessions and other charities, through fundraising activities. Member of the Trethowan society- a society for high academic achievements with aims to attend top universities. In this society, we discuss international political events and give speeches about books we've read. Maths surgery leader- maths club which helps struggling young students to improve their mathematical skills. Member of the Sixth form committee- An organised group of students that discuss issues within the Sixth form and communicate with the head master to improve food variety and pastoral issues.
