Personal Statement

My name is Adel Zakrzewski. I've been club swimming since I was 6 years old when I joined my local swimming club, Chesham Swimming Club. Swimming has taught me some of the most important and valuable life lessons. I have learnt time management skills, resilience, teamwork, leadership and perseverance through swimming. Since I was young I have known this sport was for me and I think that studying internationally as a student-athlete is the perfect fit for me.
