Personal Statement
I think my goals are simple, be the best in my country and go to the Olympic Games and other international competitions.
I think I’m a good candidate because of my commitment and passion for swimming. For me swimming isn’t a hobby or just a sport it’s my life and I plan on keep living my life to the fullest with a promise of getting better every day.
What makes me different from others is that I’m the only ‘me’. There’s no other athlete like me, with the same love for the sport as me, with the same hunger to get better as me and that can go through all the difficulties here and still continue to swim like I do. I’m very good academically as well so coaches don’t have to worry about losing me because of bad grades.
