Personal Statement

    I would love to swim in college because it such a big part of my life I couldn't ever imagine letting it go. I have been swimming competitively since I was 8 and loving it ever since. Currently I swim on a club team called Coastal Maine Aquatics and my High School team. Not only do I love the act of swimming but I love having teammates to cheer on and be cheered on by. 

    I currently am a lifeguard at the pool I swim at. I have also been teaching community swim lessons for 4 years and coaching a community center swim team for 4 years, as well as teaching private lessons- long story short I spend all my time at the pool and love it. I can't wait to experience college swimming, meet new teammates and improve my level of swimming as much as possible! 

I can't wait to be a part of Clarkson University!
