Haley Estabrook '13 Recruiting Profile

I am thrilled to swim in college. I have been swimming since I was in 5th grade, and it is something I am incredibly passionate about. I am really looking forward to swimming with a new team and learning from a new coach. I cannot wait for all of the new opportunities that I will have swimming in college. I really want to focus on my 200 and 500 free, as those are the events that I am most enthusiastic about. I am also open to swimming different distances and events, such as backstroke and breaststroke. A major goal of mine, in the 500, is to go under 5 minutes. I feel with new opportunities and a steady dryland program my times will drop and I will become an all around stronger swimmer. I enjoy a challenge and I would love to swim on a team that will push me. I would rather be 17th on a fast team, than go into a school already in the top 5. I embrace obstacles and I want the room to improve and become much faster. I am looking for a coach that realizes my potential and can assist me in becoming the best athlete I can be.
