Holland Ultra ( 2...Personal Statement
I have been competitively swimming since I was eight years old. As a young swimmer, I fell in love with the sport. To this day, I enjoy racing, competing, being with my teammates and traveling to swim meets. Ever since I started swimming, college swimming has always been one of my goals. With that being said, I continuously work hard in hopes of one day achieving that goal.
Over the years, I have embodied what it means to be a student-athlete. I enjoy pushing myself not only in the pool but in the classroom as well. At school, I enjoy rigorous courses because they help me stay focused and truly allow me to grow as a student. I am looking for a college who will push me to be my best self with an adequate balance of academics and athletics. While maintaining a competitive and positive team atmosphere.
