I would like to attend a college or university that will provide me with a challenging education that will prepare me for medical school. Academics and swimming have gone hand-in-hand with me for the past seven years and I have always envisioned competitive swimming as being part of my college experience.
Throughout my years of club and high school swimming I have been recognized by my coaches for my work ethic and the level of enthusiasm I bring to each practice. I give 100% in the pool and in dryland. I love a challenge. My high school coach has commented, “If I tell Hailey to do something, she’ll do it or kill herself trying.”
I believe I am a great candidate for a swim team because I am highly dedicated, disciplined, enthusiastic and determined. To work with a talented coach and be a member of an outstanding women’s swim team is the top line on my collegiate athletic goal sheet.

Guest Head Coaches included Brian Schrader from Denver University for two years (2011 and 2012), Mickey Wender from West Point Military Academy (2012), and John Klinge from Purdue University (2013). I attended this camp for 4 years (2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014).

- I attended the first session of this high quality swim camp (end of May through first week of June) for 3 years (from 2010, 2011, and 2012). The camp was run by Head Coach Eddie Reese and featured several Olympians on staff that included Aaron Peirsol, Kathleen Hersey, and Brendan Hansen to name a few. It was an excellent camp during the years I attended.

- I have been a dedicated swimmer for 7 years and have had a continuous intensive dry land with a personal trainer in addition to club swimming dry land and 3 years of high school swim season dryland. Another part of my dry land training is biking at high altitudes. I have also attended several advanced swim camps at Universities.
