I started swimming when I was seven and i've been doing it ever since. I got into the sport because I was watching the 2012 olympics and I saw Michael Phelps swimming and I thought it was awesome, so I asked my mom to sign me up. I enjoy when i'm in the water and it's just me and the lane. My focus during my races is finishing, no matter what time is get as long as I finish. During practice I am very focused and willing to do whatever it takes to get better. I focus on my academics a lot as well as swimming. Balancing academics and swim comes easy to me. I want to go to any college that has what is best for me academically and athletically.
